Intercom is seeking a Scaled Partner Enablement Manager to drive the training and readiness of their partner ecosystem. You'll develop high-quality enablement content across Sales, Technical, and Services competencies. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in partner enablement.
You have a strong background in partner enablement and content strategy — you've successfully designed and delivered training programs that enhance partner readiness and growth. Your experience includes creating engaging learning materials that cater to diverse audiences, ensuring that every partner has access to the resources they need to succeed. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and effectiveness. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align enablement strategies with business goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to partners and internal stakeholders alike. You are passionate about customer experiences and understand how effective partner training can drive business success.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end enablement content strategy for Intercom's partner ecosystem — this includes designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning paths across Sales, Technical, and Services competencies.
