You understand the intricacies of planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms within a marketing context. Your experience includes connecting day-to-day marketing operations with executive priorities, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for driving efficiency across cross-functional teams. In this role, you will lead the operational infrastructure for Strava's Marketing organization, focusing on planning, prioritization, and execution. You will connect daily marketing operations with executive priorities, ensuring that the CMO and other leaders are informed and aligned. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships and enabling project visibility across teams. You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Athlete & Community Partnerships to ensure that the marketing teams are focused on high-impact work. You will also be responsible for scaling how marketing gets work done efficiently and effectively, fostering collaboration and clarity within the team. Regular travel to the San Francisco office will be required to maintain strong connections with the broader team.
