Google is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate to drive strategic partnerships in the search domain. You'll leverage your experience in business development and partnerships, particularly in AI-driven products. This role requires 4+ years of relevant experience and strong storytelling skills.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management, managing agreements or partnerships effectively. You possess a strong understanding of AI-driven products and how structured data enhances search experiences. Your ability to adapt global strategies to local market nuances is complemented by your knowledge of the dining and restaurant ecosystem, including experience with Point of Sale (POS), reservation systems, or food delivery platforms. You are skilled in using data to inform go-to-market strategies, set performance goals, and pivot approaches based on market feedback or technical barriers. Your storytelling and presentation skills enable you to translate complex product initiatives into compelling partner value propositions.
In this role, you will act as a strategic liaison between Product and the partner ecosystem, synthesizing partner feedback to influence product roadmaps and facilitate third-party integrations. You will navigate and resolve roadblocks by proactively identifying barriers to partnership growth and pivoting strategies when necessary to maintain momentum. Your responsibilities will include seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners, leveraging your business acumen and extensive product knowledge to help them grow using Google's newest product offerings. You will be on the front line of interacting with partners, ensuring that high-impact partner agreements are signed with enterprise restaurant groups. Your role will require you to collaborate with regional or international teams, adapting strategies to fit local market needs while maintaining a focus on Google's overarching goals.
