LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead paid search channels and drive demand generation. You'll utilize Google Ads and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns and enhance user experience. This role requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS digital marketing experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, specifically focusing on paid search strategies. Your global campaign management experience ideally spans multiple languages, showcasing your ability to adapt and optimize campaigns for diverse audiences. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in data-driven decision-making, allowing you to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make informed adjustments. Your expertise includes optimizing landing pages and user funnels, ensuring that every touchpoint in the customer journey is effective and engaging.

Exceptional writing and editing skills are part of your toolkit, enabling you to craft compelling ad copy and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. You are familiar with various campaign types, including Search, Display (GDN), Video (YouTube), Performance Max, and Demand Generation, which equips you to manage and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Your experience with A/B and multivariate experiments allows you to test and refine approaches continuously, ensuring optimal performance across all channels.

You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing user experiences, which drives your collaboration with internal teams to build effective landing pages. Your ability to identify trends and insights from data empowers you to optimize spend and performance effectively, making you a valuable asset to any marketing team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own, develop, and execute paid search channels to support worldwide demand generation objectives. You will track pacing and manage paid search budgets across platforms like Google and Bing, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on channel performance using diverse metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you present insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

You will identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on your findings, executing paid search optimizations that include ad copy tests and keyword management. Planning, implementing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests will be essential to your role, as you strive to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Collaboration will be a significant aspect of your work, as you will partner with internal teams to build landing pages and optimize user experiences. Your strong analytical ability will enable you to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring a seamless journey for users. Additionally, you will work closely with the SEO team to align on content and keyword strategies, further enhancing the effectiveness of your paid search efforts.
