Flourish is seeking an Associate Counsel to provide clear and pragmatic legal advice to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of laws and regulations in a practical context.
You are an attorney first, but have a strong commercial and business acumen and can deliver clear, pragmatic advice to company stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, can quickly get up to speed on multiple new issues, and aren’t afraid to take ownership or tackle complex challenges head-on. You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to apply laws and regulations in a practical, real-world context. Above all, you bring initiative, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset to your work.
As an Associate Counsel at Flourish, you will be part of a small but high-performing Legal and Compliance team. You will provide legal guidance on various matters affecting the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with different departments to address legal issues and support business objectives. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on regulatory matters, and helping to develop policies that align with legal requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying potential legal risks and providing solutions to mitigate them. Your contributions will be essential in helping Flourish achieve its mission of supporting financial advisors.
