You have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling and brand-consistent graphics. Your expertise in Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator allows you to produce high-quality designs that resonate with users. You are skilled in translating complex health and scientific topics into accessible visuals, making information easy to digest for a diverse audience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets that drive engagement. Mentoring junior designers and freelancers is something you enjoy, as you provide guidance on quality and process to elevate the team's output.
Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the audience's needs. Familiarity with user research and analytics will help you refine your design outputs for maximum effectiveness. You are comfortable with A/B testing and using insights to inform your design decisions, ensuring that your work not only looks good but also performs well in driving user acquisition.
