Handshake is seeking First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. This role is remote and flexible, requiring no prior AI experience.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers. Your background equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable working independently and can adapt to flexible hours, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI tools designed to enhance the capabilities of skilled trade workers.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional expertise, providing structured feedback that helps improve the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the AI's responses to ensure quality and relevance. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping how AI is utilized in your area of expertise.
