Microsoft is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial analysis and reporting for the Cloud and AI Infrastructure team. You'll drive cost efficiency and support strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in finance.
You have a strong background in finance, ideally with 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. You understand the intricacies of financial modeling and can communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to drive insights that support business decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. In this role, you will be a key member of the Commercial Product Infra and Margins Team, responsible for building out the financial framework for Microsoft Cloud and AI Infrastructure. You will analyze financial data to drive down unit costs and support revenue growth initiatives. You will communicate recurring and ad-hoc financial results through storytelling, making complex data understandable for various stakeholders. You will engage with internal and external partners to manage and execute financial processes effectively. Your insights will contribute to long-range planning and resource optimization, ensuring that Microsoft’s investments in Cloud Infrastructure are sound and strategically aligned. You will also support competitive intelligence efforts to keep Microsoft Cloud ahead of the competition.
