Overview

Uber is hiring a Sales Representative for their Uber Eats team to bring local restaurants onto the platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and negotiate partnerships while utilizing Salesforce and Google Suite. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and the restaurant industry.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, you are either a recent graduate or in your final year of study. Your intermediate English skills enable you to communicate effectively with diverse partners. You are passionate about food and technology, and you enjoy negotiating deals that benefit both parties. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving and exceeding your sales quotas.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite is a plus, as it will help you manage your pipeline and track your progress efficiently. You are a good communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively with restaurant partners to help them grow their business with Uber Eats.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling—making at least 50 dials per day—and in-person meetings to create a great first impression and act as an ambassador for Uber Eats. Your ability to clearly communicate the value of Uber will be crucial in developing long-term partnerships. You will also manage contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.
