About this role
Our Backend department is made up of 3 teams, each team having a clear technical mission aligned with Yubo’s strategic objectives. As Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of leading one of those teams.
The Backend Foundations team is a cornerstone of this setup. Its goal is to deliver robust internal backend foundations (libraries, tooling, developer experience, performance observability) as well as operational internal applications. The team also serves as a key partner to Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure the scalability and resilience of our stack.
The Engineering Manager will ensure high execution standards, define long-term technical foundations, grow the team, and guarantee that the work delivered by Foundations enables the entire engineering organization to move faster and safer.
