What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the product strategy for Dandy's Implants product line, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the goal of achieving over 50% market share. You will own key end-to-end launches, coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build features that differentiate our products in the market. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, conducting market research, and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions. You will also develop go-to-market strategies that enhance adoption and retention, ensuring that our products meet the needs of dental professionals and their patients.

You will collaborate closely with dental design experts and operations teams to implement innovative features that enhance the user experience. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to align expectations and drive execution across workflows. You will be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and iterating on product features based on user feedback and market trends. As a Senior Product Manager, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the product management team.
