Deputy is seeking a Manager for Financial Reporting & Operations on a 10-month contract. You'll oversee financial processes and operations while collaborating with the VP Finance. This role requires experience in fast growth or SaaS companies.
You have a strong background in finance operations, ideally with experience in a fast growth or SaaS company. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders and drive improvements in processes. You are highly organized and adept at managing multiple deadlines, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude in your work. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable pivoting quickly to address changing priorities.
Experience with AI tools and a commitment to using technology to enhance financial operations would be beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating solutions that prioritize people are key traits that will help you succeed in this role.
In this role, you will report directly to the VP Finance and play a crucial part in the transformation of the finance team as it prepares for high growth.
