What you'll do

As the Head of Workplace Experience, you will oversee daily operations in the New York City headquarters and other offices in the Americas. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the workplace experience is exceptional for all employees. You will lead a team of Workplace Experience Associates, providing guidance and support as they manage front desk operations and other workplace initiatives. You will be the central point of contact for various workplace projects, ensuring that they align with the company's global objectives.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in workplace operations. This includes managing relationships with building management and security to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. You will also be responsible for implementing new technologies that enhance the workplace experience, making it more engaging and productive for all employees.

Your role will involve regular communication with senior management to report on workplace initiatives and gather feedback. You will be expected to analyze data related to workplace satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements based on your findings. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing training programs for your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

What we offer

At Schonfeld, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 to $110,000.00, along with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
