You are a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with experience in finance, particularly in management accounting. You possess strong analytical skills and a passion for driving financial excellence. You are comfortable working closely with senior finance personnel and can effectively communicate financial insights to influence key business decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of the finance department. You are adaptable and open to learning, especially as you help transition to a new ERP system.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead on Apadmi UK’s monthly forecast process, collaborating with the Head of Finance to explore new scenarios and enhance financial modeling. You will compare actuals versus forecasts, uncovering the drivers behind any discrepancies and providing clear updates to keep the business on track. You will also work closely with the Group Financial Accountant on the consolidated Balance Sheet, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities will include producing the Apadmi UK Monthly Board Report, where you will share financial highlights and insights that influence key conversations. During audit season, you will assist the Group Financial Accountant to ensure a smooth process. Additionally, you will play a vital role in the rollout of a new ERP system, helping to shape how finance technology is utilized within the organization.
