Project Engineer (UK)

Who you are

You have a strong background in engineering project execution, with experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Your attention to detail ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget, while your hands-on approach allows you to effectively lead construction and cleanroom installation projects. You understand the importance of compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, ISPE, and MHRA requirements, and you are committed to delivering high-quality results in the pharmaceutical industry.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Safety, Operations, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure that all aspects of a project are aligned. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders helps you navigate challenges and drive projects forward. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with cleanroom standards and construction practices. You may also have a background in facility management or engineering design, which would further enhance your ability to contribute to our projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead construction and facility enhancement projects across our pharmaceutical compounding and warehousing operations in the UK. You will coordinate design, construction, and installation activities, ensuring that all projects meet the necessary compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cleanroom buildouts, office renovations, warehouse racking, and signage installations.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as conducting regular project reviews to assess progress and address any issues that arise. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where all team members feel empowered to contribute their expertise.
