Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to expand their footprint in the Fortune 500 market. You'll leverage your expertise in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, and Networking to assist customers in designing deployments with Verkada products. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
You have expert experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, and Linux systems — your technical background allows you to effectively interface with customers and partners throughout the sales process. You are skilled in Security Surveillance and Access Control, enabling you to overcome technical objections and assist in designing deployments with Verkada products. You are highly motivated and able to learn quickly, working independently to make impactful results for the company.
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies is a plus, as is familiarity with Verkada's suite of products. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with account executives to expand market reach. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will be the subject matter authority on Verkada's full suite of products and offerings. You will partner directly with territory account executives to expand Verkada's footprint in the Fortune 500 market. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with customers and partners throughout the sales process, assisting in designing deployments, and providing technical assistance to account representatives. You will also be responsible for overcoming technical objections and ensuring customer satisfaction with Verkada's solutions.
You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their security infrastructure. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of Verkada's offerings. You will also collaborate with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
