As a Lead Client Partner at Pinterest, you’ll play a pivotal role in building trusted, long-term partnerships with our clients. Supporting them in creating value on the only social media platform intentionally designed to be positive and inspiring. You will define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives, operationalizing a vision that deepens relationships and delivers measurable business results. We’re seeking an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in advertising and media, a talent for building strong connections, and a passion for solving complex, ambiguous challenges. Your ability to communicate with clarity and influence stakeholders, both internally and external, will be key. With Pinterest’s advertising business thriving and our user base expanding, your leadership can help reinforce our position as the platform where brands and people connect for good, powering growth for our business and our partners.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with large customers & agencies
  • Lead across many internal functions to create a partner strategy that drive meaningful business results
  • Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovate marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner ROI goals & objectives
  • Be an internal advocate for partners by working with relevant teams to respond to partner needs and feedback

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in marketing/advertising/digital, with specific acumen across media, search, data and measurement 
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with business and marketing leaders within client organizations
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals with large customers in the Auto and/or Electronics industry
  • Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams
  • Eager to drive strong business results and continuously seek innovative ways to deliver impact for clients and Pinterest
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Amsterdam office.
