Who you are

You have a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in managing large budgets and driving results through paid social channels. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the intricacies of platforms like Meta, Criteo, and TikTok, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of your projects. You are data-driven and have a knack for elevating strategies that lead to measurable outcomes. Your leadership skills shine as you guide a team of marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You are comfortable with AI-enabled tools and are eager to integrate them into daily workflows to enhance performance.

Desirable

Experience with creative testing and optimization is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools that help track and improve campaign performance. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on real-time data insights, ensuring that your team remains agile in a competitive landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy for Groupon's global paid social initiatives, leading a team of five marketers. You will be responsible for managing monthly budgets exceeding $1M, ensuring that all campaigns align with the company's performance goals. Your focus will be on driving Gross Profit while adhering to Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) guardrails. You will implement and oversee creative testing processes, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in paid social marketing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. You will also be tasked with bringing AI-enabled execution into your team's daily workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in campaign management.
