In this role, you will own the strategy for Groupon's global paid social initiatives, leading a team of five marketers. Your focus will be on driving Gross Profit while adhering to Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) guardrails. You will implement and oversee creative testing processes, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in paid social marketing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. You will also be tasked with bringing AI-enabled execution into your team's daily workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in campaign management.
