Who you are

You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to master calendars, manage travel logistics, and streamline operational flow. You thrive on removing friction from your leaders' worlds through administrative excellence and innovative tooling. You possess a proactive mindset, anticipating needs and thinking critically to mitigate risks effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and can handle multiple priorities with ease, ensuring that the leadership team can focus on their strategic objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will directly support senior leadership at Intercom, a leading AI Customer Service company. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure that operational processes run smoothly. Your role will involve anticipating the needs of your leaders, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities. You will be responsible for preparing meeting materials, taking notes, and following up on action items to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You will also collaborate with various teams across the organization to facilitate communication and streamline workflows. Your contributions will be vital in enabling the leadership team to operate at their best, driving the company's mission to transform customer experiences through AI.
