What you'll do

As a Customs Brokerage Specialist at Amazon, you will manage daily customs clearance operations for ocean, air, rail, and truck cross-border shipments. You will verify the completeness of information upon onboarding customers and prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders. Your role will involve verifying the accuracy of commercial documentation and charges, as well as submitting documentation to regulatory agencies. You will monitor clearance status and manage issue escalation, collaborating with other service providers to solve shipment issues. Additionally, you will provide second-tier support for customer service queries, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
