You have a proven track record in building and managing partnerships, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing partner relationships. Your ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table sets you apart. You thrive in an autonomous environment and are comfortable reporting directly to the C-suite. You understand the nuances of partnership dynamics and are excited about turning good partnerships into great ones.

Desirable

Experience in compliance training or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions. You are a relationship-builder who can navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration across teams. Your commercial acumen allows you to identify and pursue new avenues for revenue impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the partnerships strategy for Ethena, focusing on both existing relationships and new opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives, ensuring that all partnerships are mutually beneficial. Your responsibilities will include developing partnership proposals, negotiating terms, and managing ongoing partner communications.
