What you'll do

As the Team Manager for Technical Services at Doctolib, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for assisting healthcare clients with their technical needs. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that your team is prepared for new feature launches and that clients receive optimal support during these transitions. Your role will involve continuous evaluation of team performance and support processes, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
