Overview

Axon is hiring an Account Executive for their Vehicle Intelligence team to drive sales of Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras. You'll partner with Key Account Leaders to deliver integrated solutions to law enforcement agencies. This role requires expertise in sales strategy and technical knowledge of LPR products.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in technology or public safety solutions. You understand the complexities of sales cycles and can navigate them effectively, engaging with decision-makers and crafting tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly makes you a valuable resource for both clients and internal teams. You are driven by a mission to make a positive impact in public safety and are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety sector or with law enforcement agencies is a plus. Familiarity with Fixed License Plate Recognition technology or similar products will help you hit the ground running. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for Axon's Fixed License Plate Recognition cameras, identifying use cases and crafting tailored solutions for law enforcement agencies. You will collaborate closely with Key Account Leaders to drive sales and expand Axon's reach in the public safety sector. Your expertise in LPR products will position you as the go-to resource for implementation logistics and data workflows, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions. You will support complex sales cycles by engaging with decision-makers and responding to RFPs, helping to secure long-term strategic opportunities within large public safety agencies.
