Transportation Performance Lead, 3P Transportation Network and Execution

Amazon EU is looking to hire a leader to join the 3P Transportation Network and Execution team to support and execute the 3P carriers strategy.

The team is responsible for the 3P Carriers Network Performance and improvement initiatives across all EU 45 managed carriers. The Transportation performance Manager defines performance goals in coordination with stakeholders to continuously improve customer experience. The Transportation performance Lead coordinate action plan, standardization/automation programs and key events planning in relation with 3P carriers Quality managers

Key job responsibilities
The Transportation performance Manager is owner and accountable of the transport performance in EU and build strong relationship with the carriers to support the country strategy and deliver the performance goals.
They partners with internal stakeholders to find the best tradeoff between performance, cost, capacity and carbon intensity
They drives standardization across EU and support automation of ask with tech teams- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
