What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in an extensive onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that they deliver goods to customers on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for enforcing safety regulations and environmental protection measures, ensuring compliance at all times.

You will analyze key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, using this data to recommend and implement process improvements. Leading a team of up to 100 employees, you will focus on their development and training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Your role will also involve planning and managing internal processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and participate in larger projects aimed at optimizing logistics operations.
