BillionToOne is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive sales for their Northstar Liquid biopsy products. You are a field-based professional with a strong background in oncology and a passion for transforming healthcare through innovative diagnostics. You possess scientific and clinical expertise that enables you to effectively communicate the value of liquid biopsy products to oncologists and other members of the cancer care community. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is key to your success in driving sales volume for BillionToOne’s oncology portfolio. You thrive in a collaborative environment where transparency and trust are paramount, and you are motivated by the impact your work has on patients' lives.

You have experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare or diagnostics sectors, and understand the complexities of the oncology landscape. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales volume for BillionToOne’s Northstar Liquid biopsy products and services. You will cultivate relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community in your designated geography. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's mission of redefining what's possible in molecular diagnostics. You will engage with healthcare professionals to educate them about the benefits of liquid biopsy products, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager - Oncology to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will help shape the direction of your sales efforts. You will participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and network with potential clients. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies.

You will track your sales performance and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies. Your insights will be valuable in refining approaches and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will be an advocate for the company's mission, ensuring that every interaction with healthcare professionals reflects the commitment to innovation and patient care.
