You are a dedicated individual who thrives in a customer-facing role, possessing strong communication skills that allow you to effectively interact with guests, vendors, and owners. You understand the importance of creating exceptional experiences and are committed to maintaining high satisfaction standards. You have a knack for problem-solving and can handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly. You are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license, which is essential for this role.

What you'll do

As a Front Desk Specialist at Vacasa, you will be the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners, managing phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve questions about reservations and other concerns. You will coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure that properties are ready for guest arrivals and that any issues are addressed swiftly. Your role will involve verifying unit availability for vendor visits and identifying potential owner leads to support business growth. You will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships with all stakeholders. Your administrative coordination will be key in ensuring smooth operations within the local management office.
