Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring a Partner Account Manager to develop and grow partnerships with key reseller partners. You'll focus on building relationships that drive deal registrations and new customers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a background in account management.

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is exceptional — you understand what motivates partners and how to enable their success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity. You are proactive and take ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring that you meet and exceed partner expectations. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced industry, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with partner ecosystems. You have a knack for understanding market dynamics and can leverage this knowledge to drive growth. You are data-driven and can analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners. You are passionate about continuous learning and professional development, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What you'll do

As a Partner Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key reseller partners. Your primary focus will be on enabling these partners to sell KnowBe4 products effectively, which includes providing them with the necessary resources and support. You will work closely with partner leadership to gain executive buy-in and ensure alignment on goals and strategies. You will analyze partner performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, adjusting your approach as needed to maximize results. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partners have access to the latest product information and marketing materials. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing solutions that drive mutual success. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to align partner initiatives with company objectives, ensuring that both parties benefit from the partnership.
