Security Engineer

You are a skilled Security Engineer with experience in developing and maintaining incident response plans. You understand the importance of identifying, containing, eradicating, and recovering from security incidents, and you are adept at documenting lessons learned from these events. Your background includes reviewing product security designs and driving analysis for security improvements, ensuring that security controls are effectively integrated into the software development lifecycle.

As a trusted security advisor, you excel in managing customer relationships and collaborating with sales teams to align security initiatives with business objectives. You are familiar with establishing metrics for measuring the effectiveness of security controls and reporting these findings to executive leadership and stakeholders. Your commitment to compliance ensures that you work closely with the Compliance Lead to meet both internal and external audit requirements.

You are passionate about fostering a security-conscious culture within the organization, implementing and managing security awareness programs for employees. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with IT and development teams, integrating security best practices into their workflows. What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and maintain an incident response plan that outlines procedures for identifying, containing, eradicating, recovering, and learning from security incidents. You will review product security designs, document any missing security controls, and drive analysis for security improvements. As a trusted security advisor, you will manage customer relationships and collaborate with the Aibidia Sales team to align security initiatives with customer needs.

You will establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of security controls and regularly report these findings to executive leadership and stakeholders. Ensuring full compliance with external and internal audits will be a key responsibility, working closely with the Compliance Lead to achieve this goal. You will implement and manage security awareness programs for employees, promoting a security-conscious culture within the organization.

Collaboration with IT and development teams will be essential as you work to integrate security into the software development lifecycle. You will foster a non-hierarchical atmosphere and contribute to a stellar culture at Aibidia, where diversity is celebrated and valued. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the security landscape of the organization, ensuring that security is a priority across all teams.
