Material Planning Controller - Days

Who you are

You have experience in warehouse or stock management, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to support inventory control and stock flow in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate records and minimizing stock discrepancies, ensuring that operations run smoothly. You are detail-oriented and committed to following food safety standards, making you a reliable team member in the production and order fulfillment processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for material planning management and stock control processes. You will conduct regular stock audits and manage stock rotation to ensure optimal stock levels. Your duties will include performing daily stock counts and reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and system records. You will implement and enforce stock control procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards while working closely with warehouse teams to coordinate inventory movements. You will also maintain up-to-date records within Matflo and raise any concerns regarding stock discrepancies to your Coordinator or Inventory Manager.
