You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the software or technology sector, with a focus on new business development. Your experience includes building and leading high-performing sales teams, and you understand the nuances of selling complex software solutions to diverse clients across EMEA. You are adept at designing and executing scalable sales strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute their ideas and insights. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can effectively manage a geographically dispersed team. You are passionate about technology and understand the importance of integrating AI into sales processes to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
Experience in the DevSecOps space or familiarity with open-source software will be advantageous. You have a network of contacts within the EMEA region that can help accelerate business development efforts. A background in SaaS sales is also a plus, as it aligns with GitLab's offerings.
