Nuro is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify and engage top talent in the fields of Machine Learning and Data Infrastructure. You'll partner with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes.
You have experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the fields of AI, machine learning, or data infrastructure. You understand the nuances of sourcing and assessing candidates for highly technical roles, and you are skilled at building relationships with engineering leaders to align on hiring needs. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your recruiting strategies and improve processes. You are committed to maintaining a high hiring bar, ensuring that both technical skills and cultural fit are assessed thoroughly. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about fostering inclusion and psychological safety in the workplace.
Experience in recruiting for roles related to AI, machine learning, or data engineering is a plus. Familiarity with the self-driving technology industry or similar tech sectors would be beneficial. You are comfortable using various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance your sourcing capabilities.
As a Technical Recruiter at Nuro, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from developing sourcing strategies to closing candidates.
