What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to provide insights that support Asana's growth objectives. You will partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to assess growth drivers and ensure that financial resources are allocated effectively. Your work will involve developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing reports that highlight key performance indicators. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives, facilitating discussions that drive strategic initiatives.

You will play a critical role in the FP&A team, contributing to the development of budgets and forecasts that reflect the company's strategic priorities. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you gather and synthesize data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights that help guide decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will also be involved in presenting your findings to senior leadership, ensuring that they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
