You are a recent graduate eager to start your career as an Operations Engineer. You have a foundational understanding of engineering principles and are excited about optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using tools like AutoCAD to design and manage projects. What you'll do

In this role, you will be involved in the renovation of existing fulfillment centers, focusing on optimizing facilities and layouts to enhance operational capacity. You will design processes for renovation projects, ensuring quality control, safety management, cost management, schedule management, and environmental management. You will assist in the commissioning and adjustment of systems, troubleshoot issues, and hand over completed projects to operations departments. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to support technical discussions and negotiations. Your work will contribute to the design, automation, and improvement of delivery stations, ensuring that packages are delivered to customers safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for creating and managing technical drawings related to construction projects, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
