You have a strong background in AI engineering, with experience in designing and deploying AI systems that deliver real business value. You understand the intricacies of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and have a proven track record of building reliable and scalable AI solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI workflows. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that the AI agents you build are safe, observable, and auditable from day one.
