Highspot is hiring a Renewals Specialist to drive customer retention and satisfaction. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless renewal experiences. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment — you understand the importance of customer retention and have a track record of ensuring client satisfaction. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with various teams, including Sales and Finance, to facilitate the renewal process. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and ensuring that all renewal processes run smoothly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable using data to identify opportunities for expanding customer value. You are proactive in addressing customer needs and are dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Experience with CRM tools or customer success platforms would be a plus — you are familiar with the tools that help manage customer relationships and track engagement. A background in sales or marketing can also enhance your ability to understand customer needs and drive renewals effectively.
As a Renewals Specialist at Highspot, you will play a vital role in driving customer retention and ensuring continued satisfaction with our solutions. You will support the Customer Success Manager in the renewal process for our customer base, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless renewal experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing the renewal pipeline, tracking renewal dates, and proactively reaching out to customers to discuss their upcoming renewals. You will also identify opportunities to expand customer value by understanding their needs and suggesting additional features or services that could benefit them. You will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our solutions and feel supported throughout their journey with Highspot.
