Who you are

You have a strong background in customer service and contract management, with experience in negotiation or sales. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential, as you will be communicating with a diverse range of customers. You are passionate about creating a great customer experience and have a knack for solving problems with curiosity and creativity. Your prior experience in account management and customer retention will help you excel in this role, as you will be responsible for maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.

What you'll do

As a Senior Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will own the customer contract processes and renewals, ensuring that all assigned customer contracts are handled accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, customer success managers, and management to execute the contract renewal process, ensuring a positive experience for the customer. Engaging with multiple customers daily via phone calls, you will help them maximize the value from their investment in HubSpot. You will also lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues, contributing to the growth of the renewal management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks.
