With experience in benefits technology, you understand the intricacies of consumer-driven health plans and can effectively communicate solutions to clients. Your ability to manage client expectations and drive decisions is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and can gather and document client requirements efficiently, ensuring that all specifications are met. What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Businessolver, you will be responsible for managing client expectations and driving decisions related to the implementation of consumer-driven health plans. You will lead client meetings and presentations, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Your role will involve evaluating clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions in the design and implementation phases of their benefits programs. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all deliverables are met on time and to the satisfaction of the client. Additionally, you will assist in gathering clients’ plan requirements to support the creation and documentation of internal specifications and training materials.
