Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in matching and mixing paint colors. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Certified Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our state-of-the-art paint booths. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish on every vehicle. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to deliver high-quality results. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the company.
