You are an experienced PR and communications leader with a proven track record in B2B tech communications. With over 5 years of experience, you have successfully repositioned growing companies for their next phase of scale. You possess deep expertise in narrative strategy and media relations, allowing you to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. You are a strategic thinker who can execute tactically, ensuring that messaging resonates with HR leaders, trust and safety officers, and business decision-makers. Your ability to build relationships with key journalists and analysts is a testament to your strong networking skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving narrative transformation.
Experience in leading communications for technology companies is a plus. Familiarity with the background check or verification technology industry will help you understand the nuances of the market. You are comfortable working with executives and can translate technical concepts into compelling stories that engage various stakeholders. A background in crisis communications would also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for managing the company's public image during challenging times.
