Overview

Agiloft is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product-led growth initiatives. You'll analyze user data and run experiments to enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in product-led growth strategies. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to dissect user data and derive actionable insights that drive product decisions. You are adept at running A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve user engagement. Your experience in coordinating with various teams, including engineering and go-to-market functions, ensures that you can effectively manage cross-functional collaboration. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering exceptional user experiences. Desirable

Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software or similar platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data-first approaches and artificial intelligence in product development will set you apart. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Agiloft, you will own the product roadmap for our Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). You will lead initiatives to enhance user acquisition and activation, ensuring that our product meets the evolving needs of our customers. Your role will involve analyzing user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as running A/B tests to validate new features and enhancements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, enablement, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and successful go-to-market strategies. You will also oversee the automation of handoffs to the sales organization for product-qualified customers, ensuring that leads are effectively nurtured and converted. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in driving alignment and achieving product goals.
