What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer on Ridgeline’s Portfolio team, you will play a pivotal role in building an industry-defining platform that powers key services such as Portfolio, Market Data, and Security Master. Your work will directly shape how investment data is modeled, integrated, and delivered, supporting real-time insights and decision-making.

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services, ensuring that they meet the high-performance requirements of the investment management industry. Collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers, you will drive the technical direction of the platform, making architectural decisions that enhance system reliability and performance.

In this role, you will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will be responsible for conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
