Google is seeking a Senior UX Program Manager to lead UX-related projects within the Retail Ads team. You'll collaborate with UX teams, engineering, and product management to enhance user experiences. This role requires 6+ years of program management experience in design or UX organizations.
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations. Your background includes working on UX-related projects and utilizing UX design, user research, or user-centered development tools and methodologies. You are familiar with project management tools and have experience in vendor management. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have a proven track record of collaborating with UX teams, engineering, and product management stakeholders to address user issues faced by consumers and advertisers. Your knowledge of the product development process for technology products is extensive, and you possess excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
Experience in a fast-paced environment where you have successfully partnered on cross-functional projects is a plus. Familiarity with the latest UX trends and methodologies will help you excel in this role.
As a Senior UX Program Manager at Google, you will drive projects within the UX organization, focusing on increasing communication and connection points while streamlining the UX design process. You will lead and collaborate with UX team leadership in project decision-making, orchestrating delivery for multiple UX-related projects.
