Hiive is seeking a Data Analyst to bridge business and data, delivering insights that support growth and decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and design business intelligence products. This role requires expertise in SQL and data analysis.
You have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in translating complex business questions into actionable insights. Your technical expertise allows you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compliance, to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality solutions. You are proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, ensuring data integrity and reliability in your analyses. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using data to drive strategic business decisions.
Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms is a plus. Familiarity with the fintech industry and an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) will help you excel in this role.
As a Data Analyst at Hiive, you will play a critical role in our Data team, acting as a bridge between business and data. You will design, build, and maintain self-serve business intelligence products, including dashboards and reports that deliver insights across every aspect of the business. Conducting deep-dive data analysis will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify trends and measure performance against key goals. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the data solutions you provide are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
You will also be responsible for conducting ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes and validate data integrity. Your insights will directly contribute to the company's growth and data-driven culture, making you an integral part of our success.
