Gympass is hiring a CX Specialist who will assist end users in the UK and Germany with inquiries across various channels. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and requires strong communication skills.

You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to assist a diverse range of customers effectively. Your ability to empathize with users and resolve their inquiries is paramount to your success in this role. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate records and are comfortable using CRM tools to track customer interactions and resolutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all communications with end users, including email, chat, and phone inquiries. You will also manage and update CRM records accurately, categorizing tickets promptly and consistently.
