Esri is seeking a Federal Account Manager for Public Safety & Law Enforcement to enhance customer relationships and implement geospatial technology solutions. This role requires strong collaboration and customer-oriented skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in public safety and law enforcement, with a passion for leveraging geospatial technology to address organizational challenges. You are customer-oriented and thrive in collaborative environments, eager to identify and implement strategies that enhance the effectiveness of your clients. Your experience includes building relationships and maintaining a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities for both new and existing customers. You understand the importance of industry knowledge and its relevance to the application of GIS, allowing you to effectively identify key stakeholders and business drivers within organizations. You are skilled in solution selling, adept at understanding customer needs and business challenges, and you have a solid grasp of customer budgeting and acquisition processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and implementing location strategies tailored for organizations in the public safety and law enforcement sectors. You will maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities, ensuring that you are consistently identifying new areas for expansion. Your role will involve leveraging social media and other avenues to build your professional network, as well as participating in and presenting at trade shows, workshops, and seminars to showcase Esri's technology and solutions. You will work closely with a national government account team, helping customers optimize and expand their adoption of Esri technology. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering on the mission of your clients, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance needed to succeed.
