Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician - $4,000 Bonus

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform bodywork on multiple panels effectively. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the company are highly valued.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality bodywork on various vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards before delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, ensuring your skills and pay progress along with the company.
