Faire is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to define and build brand acquisition and growth strategies. You'll lead critical projects involving analytical deep dives and strategic planning. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in a collaborative environment.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, with experience in leading projects that drive growth and brand acquisition. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct deep dives into data and extract actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that make a significant impact. You are comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to leadership, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You believe in the power of community and are passionate about supporting independent businesses.
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You may have a background in consulting or a similar field where strategic planning and execution were key components of your role.
