As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will embark on a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn the ins and outs of digital sales, equipping you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, presenting Hibu's services, and building lasting relationships. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to reach between $105,000 and $115,000 in your first year. You will also enjoy a hybrid work model, allowing for a mix of remote work and in-field client visits, providing you with both autonomy and variety in your daily tasks.
