Your day-to-day tasks will involve setting up and operating welding equipment, performing inspections, and conducting tests to verify the integrity of your work. You will collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that enhance the manufacturing process.

You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on workflows and suggesting enhancements that can lead to greater efficiency and quality in production. Your expertise will be invaluable in training and mentoring junior welders, sharing your knowledge and best practices to elevate the team's overall skill set.

We offer competitive compensation, with a hiring range of $35.25—$45.65 USD per hour, reflecting the value we place on your skills and experience.
